Getting a visa to study in Yemen is not as easy as getting the Yemen Business Visa or Yemen Tourist Visa, but it can still be done. You will probably get issued a visa that is valid for the duration of your course.

Gather the required documents

Submit the information to the Consulate

Wait for approval

Congratulations!  After about 2 weeks, the Embassy of Yemen will give to you your brand new Yemeni visa.

Register with the authorities

Register with Yemeni authorities if you plan on staying in Yemen for longer than 2 weeks.

Yemeni law requires that all visitors/tourists register at a Yemeni police station or at the Passport and Immigration Authority within two weeks after arrival to Yemen.

Failure to register will result in complications upon departure and a possible fine.
