How to Get an Eritrea Tourist Visa

Eritrea Tourist Visa

Eritrea Tourist Visa

An Eritrea tourist visa is valid for single entry for a period of one month.  After one month, you then either have to leave or apply for a brand new visa.  Yes, it is a hassle…but alas, those are the rules.

By the way, I’m a big fan of Eritrean cuisine.  It is very similar to Ethiopian food…spicy, tasty, with copious amounts of meats and injera!

Go to my Eritrea visa page if you need information on how to get a different type of visa for Eritrea.

Visa required for U.S. citizens:  Yes.

Visa required for non-U.S. citizens:  All foreigners need to get a visa in order to enter Eritrea, EXCEPT those people from Kenya and Uganda.
