The Houston Consulate serves the States of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Validity of Business Visa – Vitem II

  • Duration of stay in Brazil is 90 days.  Extension for a further same period may be requested at the Brazilian Federal Police before the visa expires and authorized at their discretion.
  • Under no circumstances, visitors can remain in Brazil longer than 180 days in any twelve-month (12) period counted from the day of first entry in Brazil.
