How to Get a Visitor Visa for New Zealand

New Zealand Visitor Visa

New Zealand Visitor Visa

Instead of writing a long-winded post on how to get the Visitor Visa for New Zealand, I will forward you this awesome link from the New Zealand Department of Immigration which has information on pretty much anything you need to know about short term visitor visas (tourist, transit, you name it!) for New Zealand. I always feel it is better to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

Visa required for U.S. citizens before you go to New Zealand: No. If you are a U.S. citizen, you are eligible for a visa waiver and do not need a visa for tourist stays of three months or less.

Visa required for non-U.S. citizens before you go to New Zealand:  People on this list here do not need a visa for stays of 3 months or less. Everyone else will need to get a visa.

Go to my New Zealand visa page for information on other types of visas for New Zealand.
