Visa Hunter’s Miscellaneous Tips for Nepal Visas
- It is pretty easy to get into Nepal. Citizens of most countries can get a simple visa upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and at most land border points of entry.
- If you are going to Nepal on tourism, you can stay in Nepal for a total of no more than 150 aggregate days in any given calendar year.
- You can request to get your visa extended by the Department of Immigration (DOI) in Kathmandu and the Immigration Office in Pokhara. Note that the Airport Immigration Office does not extend visas.
