How to Get a Business Visa for Hong Kong

Hong-Kong Business Visa

Hong-Kong Business Visa

The government of Hong Kong has things well set up for business travelers interested in going to Hong Kong.  What type of business visa you get for Hong Kong will depend where you are from. There are three main types.

  1. Ordinary Hong Kong Business Visa (I’ll explain in my steps below how to get this…although most people are able to get in visa-free, including citizens of the United States, United Kingdom, E.U. and many others).
  2. APEC Business Travel Card

As I’ve mentioned on my Hong Kong Tourist Visa page, Hong Kong’s visa policy is awesome. As opposed to the China visa rules and regulations, Hong Kong doesn’t make you jump through a lot of hoops and makes it easy for us simple folk to travel there. In fact, foreigners of about 170 countries and territories can visit Hong Kong visa-free for a period ranging from 7 days to 180 days.

Go to my Hong Kong visa page for information about other types of visas for Hong Kong.
